We are happy to announce that we're creating a new meeting point for homeschooling families in Lucca from September 2026. A welcoming space where children can study together, work on projects, build friendships, and experience learning in community.Homeschooling Lucca was born from a simple need.Families should not have to homeschool alone.
Why Homeschooling Lucca?
Homeschooling is a beautiful path, but it can also feel overwhelming and isolating when everything depends on the parents.Many families are looking for a stable community, healthy social opportunities for their children, a safe place to meet regularly, support during the school year, shared projects and group learning, connection with other families walking the same path.Homeschooling Lucca wants to become exactly that! A practical, family-centered homeschooling hub in Lucca Tuscany.
What will happen there?
We will meet in a spacious room in Lucca, with access to outdoor space as well.The children will have the opportunity to study together,
work on creative and educational projects, read, present,
discuss and explore topics, take part in group activities,
build real friendships, play, create and learn in a calm environment.For parents, it will also be a place to connect, exchange ideas, support each other and build a real community.
Possible activities
The final program will be shaped around the ages of the children, the needs of the families and the weekly schedule we build together.Activities may include:
shared study time, interdisciplinary projects, art and creative work, science and nature activities,
reading and presentations, Italian, English, math or other subject support, group discussions,
themed learning days, free play and social time.In the future, we also hope to invite tutors and teachers for specific subjects, depending on the needs of the families.
